Welcome to Decorate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Decorate application ("App") provided by Ess X LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use Decorate by signing in anonymously or with your Apple or Google account via Firebase Auth. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Decorate offers the following access tiers:
Pro subscriptions are available in weekly, monthly, and yearly billing cadences. All Pro plans provide the same weekly credit allowance of 10 credits; billing cadence affects payment timing only.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for your convenience and to avoid any interruption of service. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Spot Edit is available exclusively to Pro subscribers. It allows you to pin spots to specific locations on an image, provide detailed text instructions per spot, and optionally attach reference images for visual guidance. Up to 8 spots may be placed per generation. Reference images must be JPG, PNG, or WEBP format and no larger than 5 MB each. Spot Edit may not be used by free-tier users; attempting to access Spot Edit on the free tier will prompt you to upgrade to Pro.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Free users receive 3 credits per week. Pro users receive 10 credits per week. Weekly credits refresh on a rolling basis and do not accumulate beyond the weekly allowance.
Additional credits can be purchased at any time in packs of 25, 50, 100, or 200 credits. Top-up credits are consumable and do not expire. Top-up credits are used after your weekly allowance is exhausted.
Each AI generation request consumes one credit. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the App.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support. To request a refund, contact Apple Support within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly, as all payment processing is handled by Apple.
You agree to use Decorate only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of the space images and reference images you upload to the App. By uploading an image — whether as a source space photo or as a Spot Edit reference — you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use that image. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating decoration outputs. Reference images are used only during the generation request and are not stored on our servers.
AI-generated decoration outputs are yours to use as you see fit, including for personal and commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over generated content.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ess X LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
AI-generated decoration suggestions — whether from Global Mode or Spot Edit — are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. They do not constitute professional interior design, exterior design, architectural, landscaping, or construction advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making structural or significant design changes to your space.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ess X LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ess X LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time will not be refunded upon termination for cause.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all server-side data associated with your account is permanently removed. Any unused weekly credits are forfeited. Purchased top-up credits that have not been consumed are non-refundable. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID account settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through:
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), constitute the entire agreement between you and Ess X LLC regarding the use of the App.
