How do credits work?

Free users get 3 credits each week. Pro users get 10 credits each week. Purchased top-up credits can be used any time.

How does Pro work?

Pro unlocks Spot Edit — precision spots with reference images for targeted changes. Every Pro plan also includes 10 credits per week. Billing period only changes payment cadence.

What is Spot Edit?

Spot Edit lets you tap on your image to place spots at specific locations. Each spot can have a detailed text instruction, a reference photo, or both. You can combine spot edits with a global prompt to redecorate the entire space in one generation. Use @1, @2, etc. in your prompt to direct the AI precisely. Spot Edit is available exclusively with a Pro subscription.

Do top-up credits expire?

No. Top-up credits stay in your balance until used.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

All subscriptions renew automatically for your convenience and to avoid any interruption of service. Your subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription can be cancelled through your Apple ID account settings.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Payments are processed by Apple and can only be refunded by Apple. To receive a refund you need to contact Apple Support within 14 days from the purchase date.
